For general information about camping accommodation at Bisley, or to book camping accommodation please contact the Accommodation Officer Sherril Dixon Tel +44 1483 797777 x 135) or email her on accommodation@nra.org.uk

It is important to get your bookings in as early as possible.

Prices are based on a tent with 2 people sharing @ £5.70/Night. There are rooms available at a cost of approximately.

Basic Room £20/person shared facilities

Room Accommodation @ LMRA

Deluxe Room en Suite £49/room (only 13 rooms available) The deluxe accommodation is put on by the London & Middlesex Rifle Association. and you will have to book this yourself. The London and Middlesex Rifle Association can be contacted at  secretary@lmra.co.uk or +44 1483 473006. Their postal address is Bisley Camp, Brookwood, Woking, Surrey, GU24 0PA.

Booking is not a must but you might be disappointed if the last of the accommodation was booked up so pre-book. Last year most riders notified either James Mannucci or myself of their intentions and as a result a great meeting was put on by the hosting country Italy. It enabled some riders to hookup with others for a great ride together to the event. I need to know how many are coming so the catering can be attended to.  There will be some very special prizes on the day which will be handed out at the Saturday evening meal. PLEASE fill the booking form in, I will post the names and areas that the pre booked riders are coming from but you will have to contact me for their details.

Happenings or Days Events

Friday is always a difficult day to have an organised event as many riders filter in during the day. There will be a welcome as you arrive and the bar will be open.

On Saturday there will be line up of all bikes for a photo shoot and then a ride out  in the local vicinity with a destination of the nearby Brooklands Museum. The final details for this are still in the process but there will be a small cost for this, about £15. The proposal at the moment is to have  a guided tour and then possibly have a skills test competition on a part of the old track but the details are still to be finalised so please check here again if you are interested.

Saturday Evening there is a Barbeque at the campsite and I will assume that all participants will come to this unless they specifically request not to. The barbeque is being put on by the owners of the Hunters Lodge where there is a fully licensed bar. The cost of the Saturday evening Barbeque is £10 per head and I am assured will be worth every penny. Food is available at other times by request from Hunters Lodge but it would be appreciated if you indicated on the form if you want this. I am sure that most of you would prefer somebody else to cook your food whilst you try to get rid of the hangover.

Sunday there will be a ride out around the beautiful wooded roads of Surrey ending up at the famous Rykers Cafe Boxhill where many of the local bikers hang out on a Sunday. I have seen as many a 500 bikes there on a good day. We will then return to camp.
